What can i do to be prepared for my first date?

ok, so im 24 and im about to go on my first date in about 2 hours, so
thats how long i have to get prepared. Im so nervous, the girl im
dating is so beautiful and popular, ( shes 16 btw ). So can you give
me a list of things to and not to do on my big night. Should i go in
for a kiss? Where should i take her? Should we hold hands? Should i
show her my pokemon card collection? I NEED HELP!!!
