How can I repair the damage I did in Cakewalk Pro Audio 9?

All I was trying to do was reduce the volume on one channel.
I went in console view and pulled down the lever on that channel.
Now all of the channels on all of my files are mute.
But when I go in console view again, all of channels look alike.
So I don't see how I can reverse the mistake I made.

How do I get all of the channels on all of my files sounding again?
And what is the simplest way to reduce the volume on one channel?
